Job Description Summary

The Production Supervision Manager will provide direction and assistance to the work group to meet assigned objectives. You will perform daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
  1. Direct the work activities of hourly skilled trade employees in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft engines.
  2. Facilitate the hourly workforce by setting clear expectations on production output, EHS compliance, and quality workmanship.
  3. Responsible for daily workforce job allocations and shift support coordination.
  4. Develop project-specific scopes of work, schedules, and manage larger maintenance and repair projects.
  5. Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment with all employees.
  6. Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards to produce top-quality products.
  7. Participate in the implementation of management initiatives.
  8. Develop new solutions under guidance or in team settings, based on organizational precedents.
  9. Specify needs, communicate project approaches, and present research outcomes.
  10. Work on cross-functional teams.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or production/operations supervision.
