A Day in the Life:

As a hands-on Service Manager, you will gain experience in one of Goodyear Fleet Service Centers by making meaningful connections and delivering outstanding service. You will handle vehicle repairs from start to finish, including billing, software interaction, and documentation. You will manage the Fleet Service Center by scheduling your team, service appointments, and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time. What are we seeking?

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• No relocation offered
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE Certification

Skills and Learning Opportunities:

• Performing line technician services, inspections, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, preventative maintenance, and tire installation
• Document all work on repair orders
• Report safety issues immediately
• Promote teamwork and ensure guest care
• Adhere to vehicle care and operation policies
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
