The role involves managing production operations from incoming materials to finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and schedules. The supervisor oversees, trains, and guides team members during shifts, enforces processing guidelines, maintains records, and manages staffing and equipment needs.
Minimum Qualifications and Education: Associate degree or equivalent manufacturing training, or two years of manufacturing experience. Strong math, communication, mechanical aptitude, decision-making skills, and proficiency with standard systems are required.
