Qualifications

• 4–6 years in corporate development, M&A, or strategic transactions, ideally in defense prime or industrials.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and why a production facility is valuable or risky.
• Experience structuring and running diligence processes with clear, decision-ready outputs.
• Ability to build a thesis from ambiguous inputs and iterate as needed.
• Comfortable working across CorpDev, supply chain, engineering, quality, and production leadership.

Responsibilities

• Be the production voice in Anduril's M&A process, articulating how an acquisition affects production strength or redundancy.
• Lead production-focused diligence, evaluating target capabilities, capacity, workforce quality, equipment, and supply chain health.
• Deliver go/no-go recommendations to CorpDev and Production leadership.
• Translate diligence findings into actionable integration plans and coordinate with M&A integration teams on Day 0/Day 1 activities.
• Partner with CorpDev to align production considerations with financial diligence and advocate capacity scaling.
• Lead a 2-person sub-team, set diligence priorities, review work products, and mentor juniors.
