Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Chief of Staff, Production to scale the organization and enable the SVP of Production to operate at the highest level. You will build the operating structure, ensure decision hygiene, and manage executive context with clarity and speed.

The role emphasizes ambiguity tolerance, leadership collaboration, and the ability to translate complex operational realities into concise narratives for internal forums, QBRs, and strategic reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in strategic operations, business leadership, management consulting, or directly supporting senior executives in high-growth, complex environments.
• Demonstrated success in a Chief of Staff, or similar executive leverage role, with a track record of transforming how an organization operates, not just coordinating across it.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuity across every active thread and surface only what requires the SVP's direct engagement.
• Design and drive the operating cadence for the Production organization, meetings, reviews, and cross-functional touchpoints.
• Determine where the SVP must engage, adjudicate, or delegate, improving the quality of escalations.
