Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic transactions, ideally at a defense prime or industrials company.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and what makes a production facility valuable.
• Experience structuring and running diligence processes with clear go/no-go recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop the production thesis for acquisitions and assess whether a target strengthens or weakens Anduril’s production base.
• Lead production-focused diligence workstreams evaluating manufacturing capabilities, capacity, workforce quality, equipment condition, quality systems maturity and supply chain health.
• Translate diligence findings into actionable integration plans and coordinate with the M&A integration team on Day 0/Day 1 activities while owning production-specific integration risks.
• Partner with CorpDev to provide operational and production assessments alongside financial diligence.
• Lead a 2-person sub-team, setting priorities and reviewing work products.
