Job summary

Savers is seeking a Store Manager for the West Islip, NY location. You will lead the production room and sales floor, ensuring right items are priced and merchandised to maximize store performance.

The role drives staffing, training, and coaching while maintaining customer and donor service excellence. Excellent presentation, communication, and MS Office skills are essential, along with a strong retail management background and the ability to lift and move stock as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Experience in results-driven retail store management or industrial management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store production and direction with leadership of the team.
• Ensure pricing, merchandising, and stock levels align with targets.
• Plan staffing, recruit, select, and train; coach supervisors and team members.
• Lead loss prevention and safety initiatives; protect assets and information.
• Deliver excellent customer/donor service and manage daily store operations.
