Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a production operator for the 6:00 am to 6:30 pm shift on a 2-2-3 rotation in Beloit, WI. You will operate and monitor dairy filler equipment, perform SIP/CIP, complete PMs, and document CCPs and quality checks.

Responsibilities include setup, changeovers, line clears, and reporting issues. Candidates should have a High School diploma and at least 1 year in food manufacturing; lifting 50+ lbs is required. Great benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English for safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production filler equipment to ensure safety and quality.
• Set up, operate and clean filler machines as assigned.
• Perform SIP/CIP procedures on filler equipment.
• Complete required PMs and inspections.
• Handle start-up, shutdowns, jams and adjust line equipment.
• Perform changeovers and line clears with proper packaging setup.
• Report deviations to Quality and Supervisor promptly.
• Document quality and CCP checks accurately at required frequencies.
• Maintain logs and inventory records.
• Monitor inventory and production levels for efficiency.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with environment rules.
• Participate in shift exchanges and team meetings.
• Strive to meet production goals while minimizing waste and downtime.
• Report unsafe conditions to Supervisor.
