Fourth Floor, a men''s streetwear company, is seeking a Production Manager to lead the full production and sourcing lifecycle from development through delivery in New York. The role involves daily liaison with overseas factories, managing timelines, and optimizing costs and terms with suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in apparel production and sourcing, strong wholesale manufacturing experience, and a proven track record with overseas vendors.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in apparel production and sourcing.
• Strong background in wholesale apparel manufacturing.
• Off-price or value retail production experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage overseas factories and vendor relationships.
