Job summary

Colorado Premium Foods in Greeley, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise production employees, optimizing quality, service and efficiency while championing safety and continuous improvement. This frontline leader coordinates with partners to ensure a seamless flow of product and engages teams in Lean initiatives.

You will lead in logistics, production and food safety, with emphasis on engagement, coaching and development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Three years progressive leadership in commercial food operations, preferably protein-related.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and knowledge of industry product reporting systems.
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Directly supervises production personnel to optimize yields, margins, scheduling and sanitation.
Leads in loss prevention, USDA compliance, and labor relations; coordinates with HR for talent development.
Monitors performance standards and drives engaged, trained staff; reduces turnover.
Maintains product knowledge and HACCP/USDA compliance across manufacturing processes.
Ensures proper production records and documentation.
