Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a production environment.
• One (1) or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong leadership background - ability to direct a diverse unionized workforce.
• Strong skills with MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to grasp additional business-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of milk facility production operations.
• Lead and support production associates and supervise performance.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance (GMP, HACCP, OSHA).
• Maintain production records and generate management reports.
• Provide training and development for new production staff.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
