Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises production personnel to achieve yields, margins, and scheduling, optimizing production and sanitation.
• Lead efforts in loss prevention, USDA compliance, and labor relations; coordinate with HR for recruitment and development.
• Ensure adherence to performance standards and safety; train staff to improve productivity and reduce turnover.
• Collaborate with operation managers to monitor yields, quality, and process improvements; provide technical guidance on production issues.
