Job summary

ADM’s Decatur Corn Plant seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead safety, quality and production on a shift, mentoring front-line operators including contractors. You’ll ensure training, SOPs, PPE, and safe work practices are followed while meeting environmental and production targets.
