Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a lead/supervisor role in continuous manufacturing operations is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead and train colleagues and build teams.
• Ability to work a rotating shift including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily operations of hourly production colleagues to ensure safe, efficient work and goals.
• Provide resources to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
• Provide training on procedures, SOPs, PPE, and policies.
• Create and assign tasks to utilize team members' experience.
• Ensure safety through training and regulatory compliance.
• Identify hazards and recommend improvements, conducting inspections.
• Address colleague concerns and maintain morale on shift.
