ADM is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Decatur, IL TVP manufacturing plant. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, directing daily operations, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.

You will coordinate hourly production tasks, address employee concerns, and promote safe practices while training new staff. The position involves leading shift meetings, enforcing discipline in collaboration with HR and supervisors, and supporting continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of the TVP facility ensuring quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Coordinates daily tasks for hourly production employees and directs shift activities.
• Conducts start-up shift meetings covering safety, quality, and daily plans.
• Provides training on equipment operation and PPE usage and coaches staff.
• Performs incident investigations, safety inspections, and discipline as needed.
