Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operators to meet targets and quality standards.
• Oversee shift performance: productivity, quality, safety.
• Set daily production goals and priorities.
• Monitor processes and implement improvements.
• Conduct inspections to ensure SOPs and QC.
• Collaborate with supervisors to optimize production flow.
• Train and develop operators.
• Maintain shift records and logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote safety culture.
• Coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding.
• Be a key member of plant emergency response team.
