Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to meet targets and quality standards.
• Own shift performance including productivity, safety, and quality assurance.
• Set daily production goals and clearly communicate priorities to the team.
• Monitor processes and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure SOP and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
• Coach and develop operators to improve skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and inventory tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and downtime.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Oversee equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
