Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of problem solving methodologies (A3, 8D’s, 5Why’s).

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources efficiently to meet production goals.
• Ensure safety, quality and process adherence.
• Communicate priorities and tasks clearly.
• Lead escalation and corrective actions for deviations.
• Achieve production plan targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate handling of production consumables gaps.
• Prepare production reports end of shift.
• Manage shift schedules and meetings.
• Follow defined systems and procedures.
