Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Lamination Preassembly Department in Moraine, OH.

This full-time role emphasizes production safety, product quality, and daily productivity, with responsibility for supervising associates, training on equipment operation, and maintaining standards on the shop floor. You will oversee KPI tracking, implement pre-shift meetings, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, ensuring accurate production reporting and adherence

Qualifications

1–3 years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to stand for long periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable with PPE and safety rules.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise production daily; guide Associates to meet yield and quality goals.
Plan production based on orders; prepare daily production reports.
Ensure safety, 5S, and TPM practices are followed on the shop floor.
Train personnel on equipment operation, quality standards, and process requirements.
Coordinate with departments to manage inventory, schedules and issue resolution.
