Job summary

Menasha Packaging Company is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee daily production activities at our facility in the United States. You will ensure safety, efficiency, quality and regulatory compliance while developing production schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations.

You will supervise production staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of 8 years of relevant production/operations experience.
Experience in corrugated operations strongly preferred.
Ability to lead people and develop high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

Establish operational strategies to meet safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and profitability goals.
Monitor KPIs such as machine and labor efficiency and guide department leaders to meet scorecard objectives.
Coordinate site capacity and scheduling with other sites to meet on-time delivery demands.
Conduct equipment feasibility studies and work with Finance on capital expenditure plans and payback expectations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Prepare and manage the annual financial plan and forecast performance.
Ensure maintenance and security of facilities, grounds, utilities and equipment.
Provide staffing, training, and performance guidance to develop the Operations function.
Engage with stakeholders to resolve orders and explore new business opportunities.
