Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Production Shift Lead to oversee a manufacturing team on a 5pm–5am schedule, Wed–Sat and Sun–Wed. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating production activities and coaching staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and the ability to maintain accurate records. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and relocation options available.
