Staffmark Group in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Production Line Lead (Direct Hire) to supervise and assist a manufacturing team on the 7:00 AM-3:30 PM shift. The role offers daily oversight to meet production goals and ensure quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, plus prior lead or supervisory responsibilities. High school diploma or GED is required; printing or packaging experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production line employees to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor workflow and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Train and assist team members with production processes and procedures.
• Coordinate line activities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to management.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
