100KCrossing in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a 1st Shift - Production Line Lead to guide a manufacturing team on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production goals.

The role offers a 1st shift schedule (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed) and pay between $22.50 and $24.50 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded and comfortable leading a team on a manufacturing floor.
• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, teamwork and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support production employees during the shift.
• Keep production moving safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, staffing needs, changeovers and shift transitions.
• Reinforce food safety, sanitation, GMP and workplace safety expectations.
• Help troubleshoot production issues and share updates with supervisors.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime.
