Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent teamwork and a safety-minded approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read production documents and follow specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support production employees during the shift.
• Keep production moving safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and changeovers; manage shift transitions.
• Reinforce food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety expectations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce waste and downtime.
