Job summary

AOI in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily staffing, monitor line performance, and coordinate with engineers to resolve production constraints. You will assign operators to workstations based on priorities and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities include supervising operators, reviewing production targets, coaching staff, coordinating training, approving timecards, and guiding shift handoffs between day and night.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to coordinate staffing and scheduling with other shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and attendance checks to identify presence, tardiness, or absence.
• Coordinate coverage and escalations to production requirements.
• Resolve production constraints with technicians and management.
• Assign personnel to workstations based on priorities.
• Monitor production goals and handoffs between day and night shifts.
• Maintain operator schedules and training records.
