Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Basic computer and data-entry proficiency, including Excel.
• Ability to use microscopes and basic electrical instruments, hand tools, and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and direction to production operators; assign work, coordinate scheduling, and enforce policies.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and liaise with multiple shifts to meet production goals.
• Review daily/weekly production targets and manage resources to achieve them.
• Coach and train new operators, participate in training coordination with the training team.
• Approve timecards/timesheets following company procedures.
• Address production issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure compliance with ESD and cleanroom procedures.
