Job summary

AOI is seeking a patient and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the manufacturing floor. You will supervise production operators, coordinate staffing, and ensure adherence to procedures in a cleanroom environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and accurate timecard management, with a focus on meeting daily production goals and maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a repetitive manufacturing environment and maintain manual dexterity.
• Basic computer skills including Excel.
• Ability to use or learn microscopes, basic electrical instruments, hand tools, and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and direction to production operators, including scheduling, coaching, and training support.
• Coordinate new-operator training with the training team and ensure completion.
• Review and approve subordinate timecards/timesheets per company procedures.
• Escalate production, equipment, or process issues to management as needed.
• Lead staffing coverage, assign operators to workstations, and monitor line status and output.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, ESD, cleanroom rules, and attendance policies.
