The role requires leadership over engineers, technicians, and operators in a high-volume environment, ensuring smooth workflows and strict quality control.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional collaboration and uphold rigorous standards in a cleanroom setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Proven background in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills to manage multiple projects and production goals.
• MES/ERP system experience.
• Six Sigma management and CAD design certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate production line manpower efficiently to meet daily manufacturing targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to track work orders and proactively resolve issues related to orders.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the engineering team, ensuring training and support.
• Support and maintain daily production operations.
• Other duties as needed or required.
• Up to 5 - 15% international travel is expected for this position.
