Job summary

High Scale, based in Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced Set Designer to transform creative concepts into visually compelling environments for TV and social media campaigns. You will design and build sets that elevate productions, collaborating with Producers, Directors, and the Creative Team to deliver impactful stories.

We value a strong portfolio, an eye for composition and color, and the ability to manage multiple shoots in a fast‑paced, studio environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Set Design, Production Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Styling, Event Design, or related field.
• Experience designing sets for commercial advertising, TV, digital media, or branded content preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Design creative set concepts that align with each brand's identity.
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, layouts, and styling concepts for productions.
• Collaborate with Producers, Directors, and cinematographers to ensure sets support storytelling.
• Source furniture, props, decor, and materials and prepare sets for production.
• Ensure sets are camera-ready, organized, and production-ready before shoots.
• Adapt designs quickly to production changes and feedback.
