Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Ability to lead teams to achieve production goals and maintain operational standards.
• Skilled in reading, interpreting, and maintaining accurate data records.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities in a dynamic work setting; effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in common and proprietary software systems.
• Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments, with nights/weekends/holidays and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage associates to achieve production targets and maintain inventory levels.
• Provide coaching and feedback through formal and informal observations to support associate development.
• Participate in hiring and training processes to build a strong, high-performing team.
• Monitor and maintain key performance measures to ensure operational success.
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional service.
• Responsible for the Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) program for the department and/or location, including inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.
