Responsibilities

• Own the job order process from the sales order through the job floor with acute attention to detail.
• Properly update the ERP system ensuring material specification requirements and supplier purchase orders match the customer requirements.
• Based on job requirements, select OV Vendor, negotiate pricing, optimal lot size and expedite job as needed.
• Maintain updated communication and reporting for internal and external customers.
