Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Background in production scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to navigate a cross-functional team to support priorities and prevent delays in production orders.
• Highly organized process with strong prioritization and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own the job order process from sales to floor with close attention to detail.
• Update the ERP system to align material specs and customer requirements.
• Select OV Vendor, negotiate pricing, determine lot size, and expedite as needed.
• Maintain clear communication and reporting for internal and external customers.
