Voyant Beauty is seeking a Production Scheduling Manager to lead supply chain planning, including the Master Production Schedule, and to align with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Quality.

The role emphasizes balancing demand with supply, optimizing capacity, and driving data-driven decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will maintain ERP master data and support process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (Preferred).
• 1-3 years in production planning or cGMP scheduling in a complex CPG environment (Preferred).
• 1-3 years working with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
• 1-3 years prior experience with inventory control, production environments, and process manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the short- and long-range Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with manufacturing processes and business goals.
• Partner with internal teams to analyze production, inventory, and financial data to drive informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and other departments to align schedules with inventory and customer needs.
• Utilize forecasting methods, modeling, and scenario planning to optimize resource utilization and adjust plans to market trends.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Audit and monitor material variances, ensure accuracy in work orders, yields, and customer order fulfillment.
• Maintain and correct Master Data in ERP systems (MAX, Epicor, SAP) and support system integration.
• Support purchasing to minimize inventory and expiry risks.
• Evaluate long-term supply and demand forecasts to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and report generation for senior management.
• Assist with BOM analysis, forecasting, and inventory control; collaborate on S&OP initiatives.
