Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Production Scheduling Manager to oversee the Master Production Schedule and align supply with demand across Operations, Purchasing, and Quality. You will drive data-driven decisions and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency and product availability.

The role emphasizes advanced forecasting, scenario planning, and KPI tracking to improve service levels and reduce risk in a fast-paced CPG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (Preferred).
• 1-3 years in production planning, or cGMP scheduling within a complex CPG environment (Preferred).
• 1-3 years working with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Epicor) and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Preferred).
• 1-3 years prior experience with inventory control, production environments, and process manufacturing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the short- and long-range Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure alignment with manufacturing processes and business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products while meeting customer demand.
• Partner with internal teams to analyze production, inventory, and financial data to drive informed decision-making.
• Present findings to senior leaders to help drive operational decisions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse/Inventory Control, and other departments to align production schedules with inventory management and customer needs.
• Coordinate on projects to improve supply chain planning, scheduling, and Master Data processes.
• Utilize forecasting methods, advanced modeling, and scenario planning to address complex business challenges.
• Integrate sales forecasts and market trends to adjust production plans and avoid supply disruptions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure supply chain performance and improve efficiency and service levels.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in inventory control, material flow, and process optimization.
• Audit and monitor material unit variances (MUV) and ensure accuracy in work orders, yields, and customer order fulfillment.
