Worldwide Foam in Laporte, IN is seeking a full-time Production Administrator to coordinate production, inventory, scheduling, and daily operations. You will maintain records, assist with monthly reporting, and support scheduling to meet deadlines.

The role requires responding to customer inquiries, processing ERP work orders, and collaborating with multiple departments to keep information flowing. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities required.
• Proficiency with basic arithmetic and computer skills.
• Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing admin tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production, inventory, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and receiving records.
• Assist with monthly reporting and production scheduling efforts to meet deadlines.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide intercompany order updates.
• Process ERP transactions (work orders, fulfillments, and receipts) and prepare reports/presentations.
• Document employee training, onboarding, and ordering supplies.
