As our Production Administrator, you'll serve as a critical connection point between production, inventory, customer communication, scheduling, and daily operations. Throughout your day, you'll help coordinate operational activities, maintain accurate production, inventory, and receiving records, assist with monthly reporting, and support production scheduling efforts to help ensure deadlines are met. You'll respond to customer inquiries, communicate intercompany order updates, prepare reports and presentations, process ERP transactions such as work order builds, fulfillments, and item receipts, and collaborate with multiple departments to keep information flowing accurately. You'll also assist with documenting employee training, onboarding new hires, ordering supplies, scheduling inbound and outbound deliveries, and supporting the many administrative functions that help keep our operation productive and efficient.
Requirements:
Preferred qualifications include ISO experience, an Associate's Degree, and previous experience supporting manufacturing operations in a similar administrative role.
This is a full-time coordinating position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be required based on production demands and business needs.
