Qualifications

• 6–12 months of manufacturing/production control or scheduling experience.
• Strong data entry and ERP/MRP experience.
• Ability to read production schedules and technical documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication across the organization.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily production schedules across departments.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to track work through all manufacturing stages.
• Support machine shop scheduling and system status for ongoing production.
• Communicate schedule updates to the Production Manager and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales to provide accurate order status updates.
• Maintain inventory transactions tied to production orders across systems.
• Identify and resolve scheduling discrepancies and conflicts; prepare daily production tags.
• Input scrap data and generate reports for production and quality tracking.
• Keep scheduling records audit-ready.
