Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. in Nashville, TN seeks a Production Planner to plan and prepare manufacturing schedules with limited supervision. You will guide other planners and support the Materials Manager as needed.

The role requires strong MRP/ERP experience (AS/400 and/or D365), and a track record of coordinating with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Plant leadership to meet the master production schedule. Occasional vendor-site travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or university).
• 3-5 related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong background / Expert Level on AS/400 ERP and / or Microsoft D365 ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacturing with limited supervision.
• Reviews MRP reports and manages departmental work orders to meet master production schedule.
• Ensures raw material components are ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
• Interfaces with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing and Plant supervision to ensure plan efficiency.
• Prepare production/inventory reports.
• Expedites operations to meet schedules and coordinates vendor site travel as needed.
