Job summary

Certified Power Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to create a robust master schedule that aligns customer demand with procurement and operations.

The role drives production plans from Sales demand, schedules and releases work orders in ERP, and provides insight to Operations, Sales, and SIOP when material or capacity is challenged. The incumbent will own scheduling processes, collaborate cross-functionally, forecast labor needs, and work with sister sites to meet lead times and demand

Qualifications

• 3+ years in demand planning, forecasting or S&OP functions (work order creation).
• 3+ years in production scheduling within an ERP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, MS Project, and Access for analytics and planning.
• Experience coordinating with multiple sites and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns production scheduling process and continually improves formats and workflows.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and SIOP to meet customer expectations.
• Forecast FG stocking, plan labor needs, and support sales forecasts.
• Coordinate material requirements with Procurement to align schedules with demand.
• Manage inventory, track schedule attainment, and communicate capacity constraints.
• Provide insights on production rates and cross-training needs when demand requires.
• Support intersite transfers and maintain multiple demand reports.
