Job summary

You will coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure schedules meet customer requirements and capacity constraints. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of materials/logistics experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize objectives and targets to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedule and manufacturing plan aligned with finished product demand, resources, and inventory targets.
• Schedule production to meet customer requirements and maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering for downtime, PMs, and upgrades.
• Publish daily production schedule and manage weekend/overtime planning.
• Maintain open communication with customers and internal teams to ensure plans are understood and executed.
• Analyze changes in demand and review inventory against planned consumption.
