Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Hodges, SC is seeking a Scheduler for 1st shift to coordinate materials, production schedules, and order execution in alignment with Standard Work and customer requirements.

You will develop and manage daily and weekly production plans, ensure materials support hourly production goals, and monitor performance to drive timely corrective actions across production, material control, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT for this position.
• Relocation not offered; candidates within 50 miles of Hodges, SC will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules.
• Ensure materials are available to meet hourly production goals.
• Coordinate with production, material control, and customer service to communicate status.
• Monitor schedule performance and drive corrective actions.
• Support expediting and warranty needs when required.
• Adjust schedules for changes, disruptions, or shortages while following safety policies.
