Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company in Northwest Ohio. We seek a 2nd shift Production/Sanitation team member for our Fort Recovery Liquid Egg Products team.

Starting wage is $18.75/hour with potential to increase to $19.60 after 90 days. Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses are offered, along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and wellness reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and climb ladders/stairs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Loader/Material Handler duties: lift stacks of flats of eggs to the loader conveyor and assist in moving products.
• Candler: remove dirt, rotten, blood and leaking eggs.
• Breaker: inspect and remove shells or blood in cups.
• Scanner: identify and remove eggs that could contaminate (dirt, leaks, blood).
• Sanitation: perform and document Daily/Weekly/Monthly cleaning; handle cleaning chemicals and PPE.
