Job summary

Cooper Farms in Coldwater, Ohio, seeks a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate for its Central Egg Processing team. Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, documenting work, and maintaining USDA/AQ/HACCP sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe facility.

Starting hourly rate is $18.75 with potential to $19.60 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end bonuses. Training provided; 18+ required; must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning equipment and surfaces and documenting work in the egg processing facility.
• Removing egg debris from processing equipment, floors, and surrounding areas.
• Maintaining a clean and safe plant while adhering to USDA/AQ/HACCP sanitation requirements.
