Job summary

Cooper Farms in Northwest Ohio is seeking a 1st shift Further Process Operator for the Liquid Egg Products team in Fort Recovery. You will monitor food safety, operate processing equipment and support USDA/FSA compliance.

Starting pay is $17.90-$21.45 per hour with potential increases after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses. Training will be provided and opportunities for growth exist within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• 2 years experience in further process/pasteurization preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality procedures and USDA-FSIS regulations.
• Operate and monitor further processing equipment.
• Support HACCP, SQF, and production paperwork.
