Cooper Farms is seeking a 2nd shift Production/Sanitation team member to join our Liquid Egg Products team in Fort Recovery, Ohio. The role starts at $18.75 per hour with potential increases and includes training, plus opportunity for profit-sharing bonuses.

duties include loader material handling, candler, breaker, scanner, and sanitation tasks, with a focus on maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods and climb ladders and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Loader/Material Handler: lifting stacks of flats of eggs onto the loader conveyor and disposing of inedible product when needed.
• Candler: recognize and remove dirt, rotten, blood and leaking eggs.
• Breaker: remove shells or blood in egg cups.
• Scanner: identify and remove eggs that could cause contamination.
• Sanitation: complete and document duties on daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules, handle cleaning chemicals safely.
