Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking a Production Reporting Coordinator to lead and optimize the company’s production regulatory reporting program. The role ensures accurate reporting to Federal and State agencies and supports Production Accounting, Operations, Revenue, and IT teams.

The coordinator will own PetroRegs-based processes, manage mappings of wells and facilities, and standardize reporting practices across operating areas while driving efficiency through automation and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in upstream production accounting or production regulatory reporting.
• Experience using PetroRegs or similar regulatory reporting software.
• Knowledge of Texas RRC, Utah, ONRR OGOR, and EIA reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit Texas Railroad Commission production reports including PR, W-10, G-10, H-10, R-3, P-18, TexNet and other filings.
• Prepare and submit Utah Forms 10 and 11.
• Prepare and submit ONRR OGOR and EIA-914 reports.
• Coordinate monthly, annual, and event-driven production reporting obligations.
• Maintain reporting calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop standardized reporting procedures across assets.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update processes accordingly.
