Job summary

Crescent Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support E&C's gas project development activities from early-stage technical assessments through construction readiness and project execution. Immediate focus will be on developing and implementing robust project reporting.

You will coordinate cross‑functional inputs, maintain schedules and cost benchmarks, manage the E&C risk register, and prepare executive‑level status packages with clear visibility into risks and mitigation actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction.
• Experience in project controls and schedule development for gas generation or major capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage Owner-level reporting obligations, including monthly and quarterly progress reports.
• Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project delivery models and contractor bid evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams under competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support E&C participation in Technology Review, Preliminary Engineering phases, and contracting for active hub gas development projects.
• Coordinate E&C SME inputs for site configuration reviews and constructability assessments.
• Track development milestones and flag schedule dependencies early.
• Maintain project schedules, cost benchmarks, and cashflow models for sanction decisions.
• Own and maintain the E&C risk register across active work streams.
• Develop dashboards and materials for executive presentations with scope, budget, equipment status, interconnection, and decisions needed.
