Trystar is seeking a Production Recruiter (Contract) to support a large-scale hiring initiative at our Faribault, MN site. This on-site role partners with the Senior HR Manager, Operations to source, screen, and hire for 100+ openings in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, not required.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2-5+ years recruiting in manufacturing or high-volume environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Assist HR and Talent Acquisition in meeting aggressive hiring goals and timelines.

Reporting to theSenior HR Manager, Operations the Recruiter will support a large-scale hiring initiative involving 100+ hires. This individual will serve as an extension of our Talent Acquisition team, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

In this role you will get to:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for a variety of positions.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred, not required)
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2-5+ Years Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment preferred; candidates from other high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments will also be considered.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred skills:

• High-volume hiring experience supporting rapid workforce growth.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, or industrial environments.
• ATS experience and proficiency with sourcing tools such ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter
