Job summary

Trystar in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle talent acquisition for assigned roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews, while helping build pipelines through direct sourcing and networking.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or fast-paced environment, and are skilled with ATS and recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications or similar.
• 3-5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, or other channels.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for assigned positions from intake through offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to create a positive experience.
• Coordinate interviews and move candidates efficiently through the process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs.
