Job summary

Trystar, based in Faribault, MN, is seeking a contract Recruiter to support a large-scale hiring initiative on-site. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and HR to scale our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred), highly organized, and capable of building strong talent pipelines using ATS tools to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2-5+ years recruiting in manufacturing or high-volume environments.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Assist the HR Team and Talent Acquisition team in meeting aggressive hiring goals and timelines.
